Once again Obama obviously was unfamiliar with the subject matter of his speech. He was planted in front of the very familiar teleprompter and it failed. Even though at the beginning of the speech he introduced members of the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology, he then, later in the speech, began to introduce them again. When he realized what was going on, he didn't look all too pleased, to say the least.
